1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Lanwin Premier (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://lanwin.my/ website as well as any related services (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Site.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property. All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us.

The Content and Marks are provided on the Site “AS IS” for your information and personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, aggregate, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site, Content, or Marks for any commercial purpose whatsoever without our express prior written permission.

3. Our Services

Service Description: We provide bespoke tailoring services, including but not limited to bespoke suits, wedding suits, tuxedos, and corporate attire. We also offer VVIP & Discreet Tailoring (private at-home/office consultations) and precision alteration services.

Booking Appointments: The Site provides a form to “Book an Appointment”. Submitting this form is a request for a consultation and does not constitute a purchase or a binding contract for services. All services are finalized in-person at one of our locations or during a private consultation.

Pricing: Prices listed on the Site (e.g., “From RM5,800” for a 2-piece suit) are estimates and for informational purposes only. The final price for any garment is subject to the specific fabric selected, construction complexity, and styling details, and will be confirmed during your in-person consultation.

Production & Fittings: All garments are 100% handmade and constructed in-house at our Seremban HQ. Our Petaling Jaya branch is for consultations and fittings only. A full bespoke garment requires multiple in-person fittings.

Urgent Orders: We may be able to complete a suit in as few as 7 days for urgent cases. This service is subject to our production schedule, availability of materials, and may incur additional charges.

4. Service Guarantee & Aftercare

Lanwin Premier does not offer a formal money-back guarantee. Instead, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. We offer unlimited adjustments to your garment until you are fully satisfied with the fit. We also provide complimentary first dry-cleaning for new suits via our trusted partners.

5. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  1. All information you submit via our booking form is true, accurate, current, and complete.
  2. You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  3. You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means (e.g., a bot, script).
  4. You will not interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Site or our networks.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Site in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Systematically retrieving data from the Site to create a competing database.
  • Attempting to bypass any measures of the Site designed to prevent or restrict access.
  • Harassing, annoying, intimidating, or threatening any of our employees or agents.
  • Uploading or transmitting (or attempting to upload or transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use of the Site.
  • Using any information obtained from the Site in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to other websites (“Third-Party Websites”). We are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or opinions expressed in such Third-Party Websites, and we do not investigate, monitor, or check them for accuracy or completeness.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information, content, or materials included on the Site.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Site, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Malaysia. Lanwin Premier and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

10. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of our services without notice at any time.

We cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Site, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.
