After Care

Made once. Cared for over time.

Fit adjustments, pressing, and maintenance — after collection.

Your commission is not left to you at collection. The house remains responsible for the fit and ready when the garment needs care.

In practice

The piece you have, and the piece you want next.

Care of the piece you collected. A consultation when you want another.

  • Fit adjustments

We offer unlimited adjustments until you are fully satisfied with the fit. If your posture, weight, or comfort changes, return to the house and we will review the garment with you.

  • Pressing & maintenance

We press and maintain LANWIN garments in the house, so you do not have to work out the care alone. The first dry-cleaning of a new suit is complimentary through our trusted partners.

Private wardrobe memory

Remembered between appointments.

After Care uses the house record: measurements, fit notes, and comfort adjustments kept after delivery. Each return starts from that file, not from zero.

The same notes that cut the first piece also guide the press.

Visit for care

Bring the garment back when it needs the house.

  • Before an important event

Before an important day — return the piece for a house press.

  • Annual maintenance

Heat, travel, and long days wear the piece. An annual visit keeps it honest.

  • Fit has changed

If posture, weight, or comfort has shifted, we review the garment against your pattern and fit notes and mark what needs adjusting.

  • Ready for the next piece

When the first piece is settled and you want another. That return is a consultation, not a first visit.

Common questions

Before you ask about after care

Is After Care only for suits made at LANWIN?

Yes. After Care is for garments commissioned with the house.

What does LANWIN guarantee after collection?

We do not offer a formal money-back guarantee. We do offer unlimited adjustments until you are fully satisfied with the fit, and the first dry-cleaning of a new suit is complimentary through our trusted partners.

Do I need to manage the garment's care myself?

No. Bring it back when it needs pressing, maintenance, or a fit review. The house will assess the garment with its pattern and fit notes in hand.

Where do I go for pressing and maintenance?

Seremban (heritage workshop) or Tropicana PJ (Klang Valley showroom). Choose the visit that suits you; the house record travels with you.

How is this different from the bespoke process?

The process explains how a commission is made. After Care is what continues after you collect it.

Follow the bespoke process
Can After Care lead to another commission?

Yes — once the first piece is settled in the wardrobe.

Return to the house

Keep the garment, and the relationship, in good form.

Book a visit for the garment, or a consultation for the next piece. The house is ready.
