LANWIN Premier (LANWIN) operates this website for the private bespoke house. This policy explains what we collect on lanwin.my, how we use it, and how to reach the house. It describes current website practice, not a shopping checkout or an instant-booking service.

Private consultation requests

The public consultation form asks which showroom to open: Seremban or Tropicana PJ. We save a location-only consultation request, with campaign attribution when a visitor arrived from a tracked link. We do not collect name, email, or phone number on that form.

After the request is saved, the visitor may continue the conversation on WhatsApp with the tailor for that showroom. WhatsApp is operated by a third party. Message content on WhatsApp is not stored as a public website field.

For a private fitting at office or home, the house-call path may ask a setting and an address for the WhatsApp message only. We do not keep that street on the website file.

Usage data and cookies

When you browse the Site, our servers and Google Analytics (GA4) may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and referring pages. We use this to understand how the Site is used. We do not send names, phone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, or message text to analytics.

We use consultation requests so a tailor can continue the conversation for the chosen showroom, confirm a private appointment in person, and keep a record of the enquiry. We use analytics to improve the Site. We do not sell personal information. We do not use the public form to send marketing lists.

Staff at LANWIN see consultation requests in the house workspace. We may share technical data with providers who host the Site or measure traffic (for example Google Analytics). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the house and our clients. If the business is transferred, enquiry records may move with it.

We use administrative and technical measures to protect enquiry records. No website is perfectly secure. Please do not send payment details, identity documents, or other sensitive material through the public form.

WhatsApp, Google Analytics, and maps or review tools we link to have their own privacy practices. This policy covers the LANWIN website, not those services.

The Site is for adult clients of a private bespoke house. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete a consultation request we hold. Start a private consultation, or write to the showroom addresses below, and we will route the request to the house.
